1 out of 10 bullied children tell their parents
Have conversations with your kids.
Don’t solve their problems.
Simply ask them: “what are you gonna do about it?” Then next day ask them if it worked.

To fight for good , don’t make any organization or person your enemy … instead make the bad circumstances or the oppression itself as the enemy.
This way, everyone is your ally, wether they know it or not, wether they want to or not.

If an intersection installs traffic lights only after a fatal accident happens, there were many people who realized it was dangerous before and never acted or spoke up, and they are complacent if not second degree murderers. Silence is a crime often.

DATA IS IN FINALLY:
In a three year research known as “The Learning Habit Study” where 46,000 American households were studied, the following was found:
1. Screen time and declining grades are related. Even half an hour a day of screen time. 4 hours a day will cause the grade to drop by an entire grade. (Average American kid screen time is 7 hours per day now)
2. Kids who spent more time on screens were less able to persist at difficult tasks and exhibit more emotional volatility than those who engaged in less screen time.
3. Study recommended doing chores together and taking a walk or playing board games together.
Researchers: Brown, Brandeis, Children’s National Medical Center, and New England Center for Pediatric Psychology.
Published in: American Journal of Family Therapy and in a book called The Learning Habit.

Research shows that punishment of children for lying doesn’t work, and harsh punishment makes them better liars.
Having kids promise to be honest before you ask a question makes it more likely that they will say the truth.
Recognizing and valuing honesty by positively reinforcing it works.

#Bullying is now considered a public health issue, and the CDC is involved.
In the last 12 months, 25% of high schoolers report being bullied, among which 80% is online bullying.
There is a spirit behind bullying. The bullying spirit is very similar to political polarization, religious sectarianism, sport rivalries, police brutality, and violence within the gaming industry.
When countries and politicians are bullying each other, then we tell kids not to be bullies, it shows hypocrisy if we are not fighting all bullying.

A bully in a room is just a sign that the room is full of cowards.
