How to speak to People who don’t respond well to facts:

1. Keep emotions out
2. Discuss, don’t attack
3. Listen and articulate carefully and slowly
4. Show respect
5. Acknowledge
6. Show then how accepting the fact doesn’t change their believes or world view necessarily.
