Action: work on putting an employee perks package in addition to the benefits package.

Action: create a social environment and invest into social events and facilitate your space to accommodate working in teams in a friendly environment.

Any time you are applying force to something, you are damaging it somehow.

It is very hard to have any academic discussion about cultural, psychological, anthropological, or sociological issues in the Middle East because there are almost no data. It is like walking in the dark.

If you are part of a system, and you are, wether a city, a company, a college, a society, a State, a nation, a government, an organization, a religion, or a club, speak out against wrong or you are equally a wrong doer.
