Ok … as an Arabic person, I can’t change these three things:
1. I need sugar in my black tea
2. I eat eggs with bread
3. I need rice to exist
Now tell me how am I going to do a diet 😕?
The only way is to increase my activity.
Is there any boot camps around other than the Michigan Militia?

Increase this year = 73%
Number of deaths= 33,091
That is the number of people who died out of prescription and synthetic opioids last year.
That is more than the American casualties of:
American Revolutionary War
War of 1812
Mexican–American War
Iraq/Afghanistan Wars
Philippine–American War
What’s wrong?
– greed of pharmaceutical companies and their lobbies
– culture of promoting stimulants and mode enhancers
– culture of over prescribing of medicine
– culture of family decay
– demoting of values and principles in society
If you drink a Redbull or a venti Starbucks, you are part of the problem really if you think deep about it.

It is very hard to have any academic discussion about cultural, psychological, anthropological, or sociological issues in the Middle East because there are almost no data. It is like walking in the dark.

Every person who is part of a system is responsible of the actions inflicted by that system. No excuse for any level of function or duty.
Every soldier in war is responsible for war crimes. There is no such thing as chain of command when it comes to morals.
Quran states that the Pharoah, and Haman (his minister), and their soldiers were wrong.
“إن فرعون و هامان و جنودهما كانوا خاطئين”
And Prophet Mohammad used to say that God will take revenge of the oppressor, and whoever sharpens their pencil or hang their whip.
“إن الله ينتقم من الظالم و ممن برا له قلماً أو علّق له صوتاً”
If you are part of a system, and you are, wether a city, a company, a college, a society, a State, a nation, a government, an organization, a religion, or a club, speak out against wrong or you are equally a wrong doer.

Dear Bystanders
Please attack bigots when you witness bigotry …. mob attack them.
Don’t tell kids to stand up against bullying when you are a silent bystander to islamophobia and racism.
“He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it.”

It is a common and obvious knowledge in Iraq based on everyday experiences and 100’s of anecdotes that the U.S. is partially protecting ISIS to use them as a pressure point against Asad regime.
