Actually, Human Flow is the only unique article in the Declaration, in the fact that it wasn’t mentioned in previous constitutions or declarations previously. .
اشتق الاسم من الفيلم الوثائقي الذي أعده الفنان الصيني المعارض المشهور، آي ويوي. و هو يتمحور حول اشكالية التدفق البشري في العالم اليوم. .
The name of this article has been inspired by the Chinese Artist Ai Weiwei’s documentary called human flow, focusing on the problems of human glow in today’s world. .
السفر علم و ثقافة، و استمتاع بهذه الكرة الأرضية الجميلة، و هي حق لكل إنسان على وجه الارض لا ينبغي لاحد ان يسلبه منه. و ذلك لا يعني ان لا يكون هناك جوازات سفر و إشارات عمل و جمارك و الى ما هنالك من المسائل التنظيمية، الا انه لا يمنع احد من ذلك الحق على الاقل السياحي او التعليمي او الاستطلاعي او الترفيهي. .
Traveling is education and culture, and enjoying this beautiful globe is the right of every human being on earth, of which no one should be deprived . This does not mean that there are no passports, visas, customs and other organizational matters, but that does not prevent anyone from that right, at least touristically, educationally, recreationally or for the sake of adventure.”
